Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Loopress is currently in alpha. These terms cover the CLI, the WordPress plugin, and the Loopress console. By using any of them, you agree to what's below. Questions?Contact us.

The service

The Loopress CLI and WordPress plugin are open source, licensed under theMozilla Public License 2.0. You can inspect, self-host, and modify them under that license. The Loopress console (console.loopress.dev) is a hosted service, currently free during the alpha.

Alpha status

The console is in active development. Features, limits, and pricing described on this site may change without notice. We don't guarantee uptime or data durability during the alpha, and recommend keeping your own backups of anything Loopress manages on your WordPress sites.

Your account

You're responsible for the WordPress application passwords and Loopress account credentials you use with the service, and for any activity performed with your projects. Application passwords are scoped by WordPress itself; revoke one at any time from your site's admin if you suspect it's compromised.

Acceptable use

Use Loopress to manage WordPress sites you're authorized to administer. Don't use it to attack, scan, or gain unauthorized access to sites you don't control, and don't abuse the console's infrastructure (excessive automated load, credential stuffing, and similar).

Fees

The CLI and plugin are free and open source. The console is free during the alpha. Paid tiers (Pro, Agency) are planned; if you're on one when it launches, separate billing terms will apply and you'll be asked to accept them before being charged.

Disclaimer of warranties

Loopress is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You're responsible for testing changes (snippets, plugins, dependencies) before applying them to a production site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loopress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the CLI, plugin, or console, including data loss on a WordPress site you manage with them.

Termination

You can stop using Loopress and delete your account at any time via thecontact page. We may suspend console access for accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page as the product moves out of alpha and paid plans launch, and update the date at the top when we do.
